  Early Bird Registration (before 31st December 2025) will be £390 (€450 Euros or $530). Under Graduates and Early Stage Researchers (reading For PhD) will be discounted by 50%. This fee will be increased on 1st January 2026, so don’t delay!

  And now to the social events. There will be a welcome Buffet on Sunday 19th of April. Please indicate below if you plan to attend, and indicate if you plan to bring a guest (no extra charge). On the Tuesday evening there will be a conference Dinner sponsored by MSI, (non-participating guests will be charged €70). Again please indicate that you will be there and say if you plan to bring a guest or guests
